Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping Estimates 

  • In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Deliveries are only to valid physical addresses in the U.S. and its territories. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Pre-order or special-order items will have the estimated availability and shipping date mentioned on the product page.
  • Most orders over $100 (USD) qualify for free shipping; all others will have a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: Customers may be contacted after an order is placed to inform them of potential changes in shipping charges. There is no free shipping for these orders. 

 

Same-Day Delivery 

  • In-stock items will be delivered the same day to addresses in Brooklyn, NY, Parts Of NYC & Queens, At no additional cost, excluding furniture, dropship items, and pre-orders.
  • Cut-off time: Daily (including Sunday) until 4:30 PM; Friday until 12:00 PM.
  • Deliveries do not occur on Saturdays.
  • Please let us know if you are unavailable to receive your order on the day it is placed so that we can arrange delivery at a more convenient time for you.
